God Can Use You

Daily Reading—Job 9-12 / Acts 19:21-41
WHAT GOD HAS SAID:
Acts 18:24 And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus.
WHAT I HAVE SEEN:
In Act 18, we read of a man named Apollos. He was teaching what he knew, but he did not have all the information. It appears from verse 25 that he taught about the Lord all the way up to the baptism of John. He needed to hear the rest of the story. Yet, even with his lack of total knowledge, God was using him. When Aquila and Priscilla met him in verse 26, they taught him of the gospel, and God used him even more.
Do not be afraid to share what you know. When done from a heart of love for the Lord, God can use you. Still, never be afraid to learn even more. The more you understand the Word of God, the more effectively He can use you. Attend Sunday School, Services, be Discipled, and study God’s Word.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Apollos was used to open doors for Paul. How might God use you?
